Delivery Information

Our estimated Delivery Times for normal stock lines are:

1. UK: Dispatch in 48 hours for small orders, 7 - 14 days for larger orders. We ask customers to allow 28 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.

Heavens Special Child is committed to providing an exceptional service and under normal conditions all stock items will be delivered as promised. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to adverse weather, availability of stock, or other conditions outside our control. However if the original delivery date cannot be met and you would rather not wait for the goods then you will be offered the option to cancel the order.

Returns and Your Money Back

It is our policy to guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. Please email us prior to any return so that we communicate the instructions for our returns process with you.

Clothing Returns

All items of clothing are bought at the customer's risk that the size is correct, and as a consequence any returns are to be paid for by the customer, however providing the goods are in an unused state replacements will be sent out FREE of any delivery charge. There may be a 15% re stocking fee applicable dependent on the goods.
